These terms apply to everyone who signs in to RoomZoom at app.roomzoom.ai (“the app”), provided by RoomZoom Ltd (“RoomZoom”, “we”). By signing in you agree to them.

Your account

Your login is provided by the company you work for or buy services from (“your company”). It is personal to you: keep your password safe and don't share it. Your company can change or remove your access at any time.

Using the app

You may use the app only for managing work with your company. You must not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access data or accounts that aren't yours, or upload anything unlawful or harmful.

Your company's services

Cleaning, maintenance and other services are provided by your company, not by RoomZoom, and are governed by your agreement with them. RoomZoom provides the software they use to run those services.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and secure, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, RoomZoom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
