Bookings become cleans by themselves
Paste in a property's Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo calendar link and RoomZoom reads it every hour. A new booking adds a clean on the checkout date. A cancelled booking takes its clean off the schedule. You stop copying dates out of emails and WhatsApp messages.
Same-day turnovers are flagged
When one guest checks out and another checks in on the same day, the clean is marked as a same-day turnover on the schedule and on the cleaner's phone, so the tight ones are done first.
Each clean goes to the right person
Every property has a usual cleaner, and its cleans are assigned to them automatically. Hand a single clean to someone else when you need cover, without changing who normally does the property. Give each team member a colour to see who is where at a glance.
For bookings that don't come from a calendar
Add a one-off booking by hand, or import a list from a spreadsheet saved as CSV. Your clients can do the same from their own login, so direct bookings reach you without a phone call.

Does it work with Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo?+
Yes. It works with any platform or channel manager that gives a property an iCal calendar link, including Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. A property can have up to three calendar links.
How quickly do new bookings appear?+
Straight away when you first save a calendar link, then every hour after that.
What if I change a clean's date myself?+
RoomZoom keeps your date, and emails you if the booking calendar later disagrees with it, if you switch that notification on.
Is calendar sync free?+
Calendar sync is part of Pro, and of the free 14-day trial every new company gets. The schedule itself, manual bookings and CSV import are on the free Basic plan (up to 5 properties, 5 clients and 2 team members).
