Every booking platform can share a property's calendar as an iCal link. Paste that link into RoomZoom and each booking becomes a clean on its checkout date, with no retyping.
Works with any iCal link
Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and channel managers all provide one, usually under "Export calendar" or "Sync calendars" in the listing's calendar settings. A property listed on more than one site can have up to three links.
Checked every hour
The first sync runs as soon as you save the link, so you see the bookings within seconds. After that RoomZoom checks every hour and adds new bookings, moves ones whose dates changed and removes ones that were cancelled.
Careful about cancellations
A booking has to be missing from the calendar on two checks in a row before its clean is removed, so a brief fault on the platform's side doesn't empty your schedule. You and your client can be emailed when one is removed.
Holds are asked about, not guessed
When Airbnb or Vrbo shows dates as blocked instead of booked, RoomZoom adds the clean as unconfirmed and asks you or the client whether it's needed. Yes keeps it; no removes it.
Your clients can connect their own
Give an owner or host a login and they can paste in the calendar links for their own properties. You get an email when they do.

Questions
Where do I find the iCal link?+
In the platform's calendar settings for the listing, look for "Export calendar" or "Sync calendars" and copy the link, which usually ends in .ics.
Is it instant?+
The first sync is, when you save the link. After that it is hourly, so a booking made at 2:10 appears by about 3:00.
Will connecting two calendars double up my cleans?+
It can, if one platform already copies the other's bookings, as a channel manager does. Connect each real source of bookings once.
Is calendar sync on the free plan?+
It is part of Pro, and of the 14-day trial every new company gets. On Basic you can still add bookings by hand or import them from a CSV.
